Job Title:
IDentity and Access Management Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to design, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using the Okta platform.
Responsibilities:
* Integrate applications for single sign-on (SSO)
* Automate user provisioning
* Configure authentication and authorization policies
* Develop custom solutions with APIs and SDKs
This role requires a strong understanding of security protocols like SAML and OAuth/OIDC, along with experience in cloud environments and scripting languages.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 2+ years experience in Okta administration and configuration or 5+ years in other identity tools
* Full stack development experience (e.g. React or some other front-end framework, APIs, GraphQL and backends such as NodeJS, Drupal, etc)
* Experience writing JavaScript or Python code
* Experience working in agile teams (Scrum Preferred, Kanban sufficient)
* Strong technical problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
* AWS experience (S3 setup and management)
* Okta Professional certification or Okta Developer certification
* Hands on experience with Auth0
* Dev-ops experience with Jenkins, CI/CD and Terraform
* Experience working with Jira
* Experience with XENA or willing to learn our J&J processes
