This professional will serve as a technical reference in the area, supporting leaders and teams on topics related to people management, culture, climate, and development. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a Business Partner, supporting leaders in people management and strategic decision-making. - Conduct recruitment and selection processes for strategic and operational positions. - Support organizational development, training, and capacity-building programs. - Manage organizational climate, engagement, and culture initiatives. - Participate in the creation and execution of succession plans and talent development. - Support compensation, benefits, and internal mobility processes. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation. - Conduct offboarding processes with a focus on risk mitigation and climate preservation. - Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects within HR.
