PURPOSE This position exists to be control measurement of field activities, purchase requests, time and preparation of documents such as built, weekly and monthly activity reports, schedule of activities and any other documents necessary for measurement or planning. RESPONSIBILITIES Plan the production, materials, and inventory of the inventory Scale resources required by the project Scale project capacity, area, and structure Control logistics and inventory of project resources. Analyse project orders, spreadsheets, and demands Consolidate costs and information from support areas. Produce planning reports for project management. Track project schedule and measurement. Scale resources for project demands. Monitor and support the construction of project goals. Production of documents to ensure the approval of monthly measurements. QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Engineering EXPERIENCE 3 years of experience on PCP Previous experience working on mining companies Power BI (desirable) MS Project Primavera Driver’s license (B type) Office suitecense (B type) English (desirable) SKILLS, QUALITIES AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Practical experience in project study development Analytical skills Critical and systems thinking capability Safety and Sustainability as it relates to Procurement Negotiation Skills
