Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to support the onboarding of Commodities Asset class to an Equity Derivatives Trading desk.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve daily functional, valuation, and pricing issues for the Front-Office.
* Address daily issues from the EQD Desk Traders (L3).
* Audit and modify pre-trade rules, eTradePad simulations, and FO pre-trade validation.
* Investigate P&L, Market Data, and booking issues.
* Analyze and formulate solutions according to PROD Support deliverables.
* Liaise with technical teams to resolve FO-related issues and enhancements.
* Manage day-to-day assigned project tasks to complete various FO deliverables.
* Yield Curve issue resolution and validation; curve assignments; new curve creation.
* Continuously follow up on new Market regulations and practices globally.
* Perform testing for assigned deliverables and participate in formal release cycles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong product knowledge in Equity Derivatives and Commodities.
* Very strong understanding of FX, IRD business.
* Very strong understanding of P&L concept and its components.
* Hands-on experience in Market Data, Curve structure, Simulations, and Trade Life Cycle.
* 5+ years of experience with Murex Front-Office functionalities.
* 4+ years of experience in financial markets roles.
* SQL proficiency.
* Strong personality, logical, analytical skills.
* Detailed-oriented, quick learner, self-starter.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organization skills.
Requirements:
Please note that we are looking for candidates with strong product knowledge in EQD, COM and very strong understanding of FX, IRD business. Candidates should also have hands-on experience in Market Data, Curve structure, Simulations, and Trade Life Cycle. We require 5+ years of experience with Murex Front-Office functionalities and 4+ years of experience in financial markets roles. SQL proficiency is also required along with strong personality, logical, analytical skills. Detailed-oriented, quick learner, self-starter with good verbal and written communication skills are also desired.
