Job Title: Sales and Territory Development Specialist
About the Role:
The Sales and Territory Development Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling Prometheus Group products and services to new and existing customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team. We are looking for a self-starter who can learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve quota targets;
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels within assigned accounts;
* Create comprehensive opportunity plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth;
* Demonstrate business value to prospects through articulate presentations and product demonstrations;
* Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in Salesforce.com;
* Pursue opportunities for company solutions by cold calling into targeted companies and following up with leads;
* Support all Prometheus promotions and events in the assigned region;
* Stay current with industry knowledge and best practices to effectively communicate with prospects;
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A B.S/B.A. in Business, Communication or related field;
* Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish;
* 2-4 years' sales experience within software;
* Customer-focused, results-driven, excellent communicator;
* High energy, self-starter who can learn quickly and easily engage clients;
* Able to work effectively as an individual contributor as well as within a team.
