Strategic Delivery Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional delivery lead to spearhead the execution of projects across various technological tracks, fostering collaboration and productivity among teams. Regular customer updates will be ensured through written status reports, milestone briefings, and quarterly business reviews. The goal is to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed customer expectations.
* Drive project delivery within scope, on time, and in accordance with established budgets by collaborating closely with technical teams.
* Develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements and document key standards.
* Lead cross-functional teams across diverse technologies, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
* Implement quality control procedures that meet stringent standards.
* Acknowledge and respect customer-specific processes and methodologies.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Effectively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
2. Meet service level agreements (SLAs) to avoid potential penalties.
3. Initiate and drive continuous improvement initiatives for project delivery processes.
4. Establish measurable key result areas (KRAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for team members.
5. Source and onboard resources from various tracks, working in tandem with relevant teams.
