Junior Recruiter - As the IT market keeps growing, we are looking to expand our talented international team of Recruiters. What you''ll do This is a communication-driven role. Your typical day includes: Proactive calling to identify qualified candidates among the ones selected by our sourcing team Interviewing candidates and preparing their documents Coaching candidates before interviews with our clients Conducting follow-ups after interviews Extending job offers and supporting candidates through the offer process What you need Upper-Intermediate English or higher Good communication skills.
