* Design, configure, and support system technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.
* Collaborate with clients to integrate new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to deliver customized business solutions for critical environments.
* Manage client support tickets effectively, ensuring clear communication and thorough documentation.
* Track time against project agreements to optimize service efficiency and effectiveness.
* Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.
Requirements & Qualifications
* A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in enterprise or managed service environments.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 solutions.
* A solid background in Intune and mobile device management.
* Familiarity with MFA and Single Sign-On solutions.
* An understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
* The ability to create and maintain detailed systems documentation.
* A working knowledge of change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices.
