Role Overview
We seek an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) teams. This role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, driving continuous improvement and ensuring high-quality predictable delivery across SFCC implementation and ongoing support initiatives.
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos and retrospectives.
The ideal candidate has strong eCommerce domain expertise. Effective coaching of cross-functional teams ensures alignment with organizational governance security compliance standards.
