Role Summary:
The Asset Management team work alongside Portfolio Management and the Operations team. The key function of the Asset Management team is to execute the asset level investment strategies, delivering performance targets in line with the Business Plan and yearly budgets. As an Analyst within the team, you will be responsible for executing the day to day management of the investment assets across our Brazil platform, alongside supporting teams and the channel to our different internal and external stakeholders. Key Role Responsibilities:
Work with supporting teams to monitor performance of our assets and deliver key performance metrics to achieve the business plan. This will cover analysis of leasing performance, income, expense and impact to asset returns. Produce asset performance reports, requiring advanced understanding of our business model and how assets operate and perform. Support the execution of investment strategies including NOI maximization and value-add initiatives on our multifamily portfolio. Support the presentation of annual operational and capital budgets for senior management and capital partner approval. Support the preparation of materials for the monthly and quarterly reporting to capital partners as well as prepare regular and ad- hoc reports for internal stakeholders. Assist with the preparation of proposals regarding asset performance to internal investment committees and to capital partners. Monitor and report on key market, industry and competitor data. Work with stakeholders across the business to improve our reporting systems and data capture to drive visibility and efficiency. Role Scope:

Proven experience in a related business or analytical subject such as finance, mathematics, economics, science, engineering or real estate. Civil or commercial Engineer or related career Fully conversant with all Microsoft packages including PowerPoint (Advanced level) and Excel (Advanced level). Demonstrable experience in real estate field is preferable Experience & Skills:
Essential A demonstrable passion for real estate and keen interest in business strategy Evidence of prior experience in an analytical role Fluency in English is required. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English. Analytical/Modelling/Reporting Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills;
including the ability to prepare and explain financial data to business leaders and managers, team members, clients, and other business contacts Highly numerate, with strong attention to detail. Strong qualitative analytical skills;
