Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate deeply with leaders to translate team development needs into compelling learning experiences driving measurable growth
* Design and develop engaging, multimedia-rich asynchronous learning content using tools like Articulate, tailoring for diverse styles through simple, high-impact solutions
* Serve as the go-to operational owner for the LMS system, curating and maintaining a dynamic, streamlined training catalog
* Embody an agile, customer-obsessed mindset, rapidly producing high-quality, iterative content elevated by feedback and data
* Be a key driving force behind the development, engagement, and iterations of Sales and Engineering bootcamp programs
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience driving the development of L&D initiatives in a high-growth startup or late-stage tech environment
* Experienced leveraging LMS systems like Docebo, e-learning platforms, intranet solutions, and instructional design tools like Articulate to deliver impactful learning experiences
* Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach to building relationships and delivering outstanding service to stakeholders
* Proven ability to analyze training metrics, evaluate impact, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to enhance learning solutions
