Our clients span software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.ResponsibilitiesFind engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.Build trust with suitable candidates and manage relocation logistics with a global team of recruiters, as well as the Swedish delivery management team.Coordinate with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.Plan and execute recruitment processes to meet client needs within our IT and engineering domains.QualificationsAt least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.Solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service-oriented with flexibility to find the best solution for each challenge.High quality standards and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper-intermediate English.Knowledge of several contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, capable of identifying and closing a recruitment request.Self-confident, sociable, friendly, outgoing with high self-motivation.Resilient, able to handle rejection and continue pursuing goals.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.Offer and RequirementsFull-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months.Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
