Commercial Growth Specialist
This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on driving business growth through strategic market research.
The ideal candidate will drive business expansion by identifying commercial opportunities, analyzing import statistics, and engaging with potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
Key responsibilities include:
* Prospecting and business development: Research new markets, identify potential commercial opportunities, analyze import statistics, and proactively engage with potential customers.
* Sales support: Prepare offers and proformas, manage follow-ups, apply for credit limits, and monitor customer credit status.
* Customer administration: Handle day-to-day communication with prospects and clients, document customer data, requests, and feedback, and support the sales team.

To succeed, you must have:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, International trade, or a related field.
* At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
* Knowledge of import/export processes and B2B sales is a strong advantage.
* You must be independent, ambitious, commercially minded, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
* Fluent in spoken and written English and Portuguese.
