Lead Editor - Real Estate Content Team
This role is designed for an experienced editor who can develop and lead a team of video editors. We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, technical proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, and a passion for developing talent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement editing workflows, style guides, and templates across the team
* Manage and develop 25-50 video editors, conducting weekly 1-on-1s focused on skill progression and performance
* Own editing quality standards, serving as final quality review and approval for complex or high-stakes edits
* Partner with Pod Manager and YouTube Managers on content strategy and creative direction
Requirements:
* 5-7+ years of professional video editing experience with 2+ years managing or leading editors
* Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to give feedback that accelerates growth and elevates work quality
