From endlessly recyclable aluminum cans and cups to aerosol bottles, our goal is to contribute to a better community, society, and world.Primary Purpose of this Position:Work with the plants, regional engineering teams, and suppliers to establish, execute, audit, track, and budget for production equipment maintenance to ensure machine availability and product quality via the Total Productive Manufacturing framework.What will you be responsible for?Schedule and allocate resources efficiently to complete machine maintenance.Track machine conditions over time to establish mean time between failures and assess their impact on quality.Establish and manage relationships with internal and external suppliers to effectively maintain equipment and ensure high-efficiency production.Manage BPSA key spare parts to minimize risks and ensure timely product delivery to customers.Identify, establish, and control best maintenance practices to extend mean time between machine failures.Manage and develop technical staff to effectively execute the BPSA maintenance program.Standardize and ensure that a maintenance tracking system is established and followed consistently across the region.What are we looking for?Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline, or 5-7 years of relevant work experience.Experience with Maintenance Management.Experience managing technical teams or projects.Mechanical Aptitude: Machinery maintenance, mechanical systems, and preventive maintenance strategies, utilizing technical documentation effectively.Project Management: Project management, resource allocation, budgeting, and financial analysis, with experience managing budgets.Communication: Clear and effective communication with teams, stakeholders, and contractors.Leadership: Ability to motivate and develop technical teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, manage supplier relationships, and align maintenance strategies.Knowledge of: Machinery and equipment, maintenance practices.Languages: Advanced English (Required), Intermediate Spanish (Preferred).Additional Information:Work location: Pouso Alegre/MGAvailability to travelModel: HybridBall Corporation is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
