We are looking for a professional to provide regional support across Legal, Compliance, Market Security, and Data Protection (Data Privacy), working closely with multiple countries and senior stakeholders.
This is a regional role with exposure to multi-jurisdictional operations and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and coordinate Market Security activities and MGA-related processes
* Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations
* Manage and support licence renewal processes across multiple jurisdictions
* Support day-to-day operational activities and follow up on regional action plans
* Deliver short, targeted communications (“communication pills”) to country offices
* Provide ongoing regional support across Risk Management, Compliance, and Data Protection
Requirements & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Engineering, Process Management, or related fields;
* Practical knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), particularly COSO ERM, and internal control frameworks (COSO), with the ability to map risks, design controls, and support effectiveness assessments.
* Familiarity with ISO standards related to Risk and Compliance (ISO 31000, ISO 37301 / ISO 19600), with a strong focus on practical application
* Experience in translating governance frameworks into operational risk and compliance routines
* Experience in monitoring and remediating audit findings (internal, external, and regulatory), ensuring proper documentation, clear ownership, and timely completion of action plans
* Experience supporting regulatory compliance and licence renewals across multiple jurisdictions
* Knowledge of Data Protection / Data Privacy and Information Risk (LGPD, GDPR, or equivalent)
* Ability to produce risk-based reports and concise executive communications for local audiences and senior stakeholders
* Experience working in complex, matrixed, and multinational environments, interacting with legal, compliance, finance, audit, and business teams
* Fluency in English or Spanish
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel (controls and trackers) and PowerPoint (governance and risk reporting)
