As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
You will serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
In this role, you will manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various SaaS platforms. You will also support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
They should possess strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to solve problems independently and communicate solutions clearly.
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or Google IT Support Professional Certificate are a plus.
This is a dynamic role that requires a team player who can collaborate with leadership to evaluate and implement new tools that enhance productivity and security.
