The project involves working with a tech-enabled healthcare organization: they build internal platforms to support physicians and other providers, as well as patient and partner-facing functionality. They are scaling virtual care across the country, using tech to drive high-quality patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement full-stack features, with a primary focus on crafting intuitive and accessible frontend user experiences.- Collaborate with team members to design and deliver high-quality, user-friendly, and accessible product experiences.- Continuously analyze and improve product success metrics and workflows to optimize user satisfaction.About You- An experienced software engineer with frontend experience who is excited to develop leadership skills- Skilled in .NET development as well as React work on the Frontend- Good experience with both AWS & PostgreSQL is required- Independently able to identify and solve complex problems, recognizing when to seek assistance to maintain progress and efficiency- Excellent at communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences- Excited by ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and the opportunity to help shape the direction of a growing companyNice to Have- Experience in healthcare or other privacy-centric verticals- Exposure to relational databases, modern frontend frameworks (primarily React)- Knowledge of common design patterns and best practices for maintainability and security
