The team seeks a consultant who can merge client success expertise with business development activities. Key goals include:
Client Engagement
* Conducting onboarding sessions for users
* Guidance to ensure customers realize full value of our solutions
* Maintaining relationships within client organizations
Business Growth
* Growing, retaining, and cross-selling within existing accounts
* Developing new business opportunities in assigned territory
* Conducting prospecting activities
Strategic Communication
* Delivering presentations and messaging about our solutions
* Supporting marketing activities such as workshops and industry events
* Representing us at conferences and trade shows
Reporting & Documentation
* Maintaining records of activities and opportunities in CRM systems
* Providing progress updates on engagement metrics and deliverables
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (desired)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, client success, and business development
* Fluency in English required; Portuguese essential; Spanish an asset
* Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual meeting tools
* A dynamic mindset
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Location & Travel
Based in Brazil; regional travel within Brazil and across Latin America up to 20% of time required.
