Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels regarding accounts, trading, payments, etc.
* Assist customers with KYC verification, account security setup, and dispute resolution.
* Accurately document and escalate customer issues, collaborating with technical teams for complex cases.
* Stay updated on futures trading rules and promptly communicate platform announcements/risk alerts (training provided).
* Adapt to shift schedules (if required) to ensure coverage during target market hours.
* Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts.
Requirements
* Have an online customer support experience, and proficiency in tools like Zendesk/LiveChat.
* Fast learner, able to master derivatives trading terminology quickly.
* Patient, resilient, and skilled in de-escalating high-tension situations.
* Familiarity with Brazilian/Portuguese user communication styles; finance or customer service experience preferred.
* Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.
