Responsibilities- Convert internal presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Hex dashboards) into short-form reels and medium-form video content built primarily for LinkedIn as well as website content and prospecting outreach; - Use AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Descript, ElevenLabs, Canva AI, and others as they emerge) to compress production time without compromising the final output; - Edit and produce in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or your preferred toolset, and ship video that looks like we made it ourselves; - Apply a strong creative eye to typography, pacing, motion, and on-screen data so that every video feels considered, not generic; - Make judgment calls onlayout, color, and storytelling rhythm; we trust your taste;- Maintain quality and brand consistency at scale, across a growing volume of weekly assets; - Stay current on what is working on LinkedIn and short-form video platforms for B2B audiences and bring those ideas back into the workflow; - Contribute ideas to improve creative quality and production efficiency, not just execute against a brief.
