Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strategic business relationships with software decision makers, M&A advisors, and private equity/venture capital professionals to identify and secure M&A opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a robust M&A pipeline through CRM systems
Create market maps to establish strong industry connections in assigned verticals
Meet and exceed monthly targets for meaningful contacts and measurable KPIs
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales or client-facing M&A/finance roles within business development, sales, and/or account management
Advanced communication skills with confidence and executive presence to engage with CEOs, M&A advisors, and corporate development professionals
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work variable hours
Work Environment:
This role requires occasional in-person travel to locations including Canada, the U.S., Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and/or Peru. The majority of work can be performed remotely.
