Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist with a strong background in building funnels for DTC ecommerce brands. We need someone who can work in a growing company and fast-paced environment. Must be able to deliver solid results and have a great work ethic/communication skills or you probably will not be a good fit.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DTC ecommerce conversion rate optimization along with creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for CRO, funnel design, research specifically in the ecommerce industry.
We are looking for someone who is an all-star team player and wants to be the best at anything they do. We need someone who has a lot of experience who can lead a team of UX/UI designers to build funnels for our clients that we can use in our Meta and Google ads campaigns to increase conversion rates.
Responsibilities
* Researching and analyzing heatmaps and data to hypothesize on funnels that we can create to increase conversion rates from our ads
* Work with our UX/UI design team to create landing page funnels for e-commerce products and offers
* Creating A/B split-test ideas to improve conversion rates
* Communicate with clients to effectively handle their revisions and concerns on the works that you create
* Communicate with the website development team to ensure your funnel designs are developed effectively and exactly to your specifications. Must also know how to perform quality checks.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
* Research direct and indirect competitors of our clients to create UX/UI designs of optimized versions of their websites
* Create beautiful and effective funnel designs for e-commerce websites that consist of various CRO aspects
* Maintain awareness of the current e-commerce industry trends, technology trends, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in conversion rate optimization or related field OR 2-3 years of experience in conversion rate optimization SPECIFICALLY FOR E-COMMERCE
* Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
* Must have a strong understanding of AI and how to use it within the workplace to make your job easier
* Autonomous worker with a creative mind
* Portfolio of work
Compensation:
* $2000 - $6000 USD per month
