About the role:
As a Midlevel Sales Operations Analyst, you will support and enhance Intelie's global sales performance by managing CRM operations, improving pipeline visibility, and enabling data-driven decision-making. You'll work closely with the Sales Operations Director, Account Executives, Product, and Executive Leadership to streamline processes, maintain high-quality sales data, and ensure strong communication across cross-functional teams. This role is essential to driving operational excellence and supporting Intelie's growth in global markets.
Job Responsibilities
* Own and manage Intelie's HubSpot CRM environment, ensuring data accuracy, process alignment, and global team adoption;
* Build, optimize, and maintain sales dashboards, automations, and reporting workflows to track KPIs and team performance;
* Lead and facilitate weekly and monthly meetings with the global sales team;
* Monitor quarterly pipeline health and provide insights on forecasts, deal progress, and risks;
* Cross-functional Collaboration with Marketing, CS, and Finance to ensure consistency in pipeline data, bookings, and revenue expectations;
* Prepare executive-level reports and presentations highlighting performance, trends, KPIs, and insights;
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the evolution of Intelie's sales processes.
Education, Knowledge, Hard Skills & Abilities
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field;
* Fluent English for global communication;
* 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations roles;
* Hands-on experience with CRM system (HubSpot ideally);
* Strong analytical capabilities and experience creating dashboards and sales reports;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis tools;
* Experience working with global, multicultural sales teams is a plus;
* Familiarity with workflow/automation tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.
