Delivery Excellence
We are seeking an accomplished Delivery Lead to spearhead the execution of intricate projects, leveraging expertise in agile environments and Jira tools.
About the Role
* Owning end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives from planning to completion
* Developing and managing comprehensive delivery plans with scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
* Collaborating closely with engineering teams for work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking using Jira
* Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and ensuring alignment across teams
* Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving blockers, and adjusting plans according to evolving priorities
* Facilitating working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed
* Supporting prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis
* Continuously enhancing delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and predictability
* Tracking and reporting on delivery progress using suitable metrics and tools
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong background working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* Hands-on experience utilizing Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs
* Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus, but not required
