Requirements
* Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis – SC; interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills; comfort with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; proactive mindset; problem-solving; clear and effective communication.
* Nice-to-haves: Previous administrative or service-related tasks experience; soft skills and adaptability; ability to work as a contractor (PJ); willingness to grow into a leadership role; international collaboration experience.
Employment Details
* Contractor (PJ) with competitive compensation - R$2.5K, with potential increase to R$5K after 6 months.
* Hybrid work in Florianópolis with daily English communication.
