We are seeking a seasoned mobile app developer to spearhead the creation of a cutting-edge video streaming platform for a leading media provider in North America.
This role involves designing, building, and maintaining high-quality applications that cater to the growing demand for on-demand entertainment.
As part of our agile development team, you will work closely with cross-functional groups to deliver solutions that meet customer expectations in terms of functionality, performance, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new features and enhance existing ones to support video streaming products.
* Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and architects to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
* Provide on-call support for monitoring, triaging, and resolving production issues.
Mandatory Skills:
* Proficient in JavaScript and React Native mobile app development (5+ years) as well as at least one of the following: Java/Kotlin or Obj-C/Swift.
* Experience with streaming mobile app development for iOS/Android and TV Platforms.
* Strong teamwork focus and ability to foster collaboration within and across teams.
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Experience with CICD development environments.
Language proficiency: English - B2 Upper Intermediate.
