Your Role and Responsibilities The DBA Content Design and Development Team is looking for a content developer to work closely with the IBM Automation Content Team to design and develop comprehensive, user-centric product content aimed at different user profiles and for relevant industry use cases. You will be part of an international team of Content Designers & Developers and the work processes that you establish with the IBM RPA Documentation& Education Team will provide useful input for the collaborative content development processes being put in place across the DBA Team. You will work to identify the axes of improvement for user content being delivered by the IBM RPA Team as well as putting in place a content architecture and delivery processes that meet the requirements for different integrations of RPA functionality in the Cloud Pak for Business Automation, Automation Foundation / other Automation Cloud Paks. In this role you work with an international and diverse team of offering managers, software architects / developers, QA and support developers, using agile development methodologies. You demonstrate a talent to translate software functionalities and architectures into product information that is relevant to client business expectations and needs and leverages their everyday usage experience with our offering.
