We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team.
* The ideal candidate will have a solid background in designing and developing web applications using Ruby on Rails.
* Responsibilities include integrating external web services, ensuring database integrity, and optimizing application performance.
* We require expertise in MySQL and experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, CloudFront, and CloudWatch.
* Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery pipelines is also essential.
* In addition to coding skills, the selected candidate will contribute to the design and ongoing enhancements of our DevOps systems.
Requirements and Skills:
* A minimum of [B.Sc./B.A.] degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Experience building commercial web applications and proficiency in at least one object-oriented web framework.
* Deep knowledge of relational database theory, JavaScript development, and debugging.
* Strong understanding of multi-threading, object-oriented design, and user-centered interaction design.
* Bonus: Previous experience in the logistics industry is highly valued.
