Open Banking Solution Manager

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of a cutting-edge, cloud-native Open Banking platform. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

\
\
1. Manage the technical support team to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
\
2. Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth operation of the platform
\
3. Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
\
4. Provide subject matter expertise on Open Banking workflows and best practices
\
5. Participate in application support and resolve complex customer issues
\
6. Work closely with AWS SMEs to ensure optimal use of cloud resources
\
7. Lead regular governance meetings with clients to discuss project progress and challenges
\
8. Mentoring and training junior team members on Open Banking processes and procedures
\
9. Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, mainly change, release, and incident management
\
10. Develop and maintain relationships with senior client managers
\
11. Experience dealing with sensitive data sharing and consent workflows
\
12. Strong understanding of FDX/REST APIs and data sharing principles
\
13. Previous experience leading a support team and successfully running SLA/KPI frameworks for critical applications
\
14. Familiarity with ITIL processes and certifications beneficial
\
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
\
16. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
\
17. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
\
18. Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments
\
19. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
\
20. Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
\
21. French language skills desirable but not essential
\
22. Open Banking experience an added advantage
\
23. Certification in ITIL or similar relevant field highly valued
\
