Main Responsibilities:

* Manage and lead cross-functional teams, promoting a collaborative environment.
* Work with quality control teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring exceptional satisfaction.
* Attend review meetings with customers and management.
* Adopt customer-specific processes and methodologies.
* Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks effectively.
* Ensure project teams meet service level agreements and avoid penalties.
* Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Required Skills:
