We're seeking for a Class/Program Coordinator to support our online BSc and MSc programs. Work closely with academic staff, faculty members, and students to ensure program quality.
🎯 Your Role:
* Provide administrative support to academic staff and faculty, manage course schedules, and maintain records and databases.
* Act as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries.
* Monitor student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed.
* Facilitate communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries.

* Plan and coordinate events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement.
* Liaise with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.
* Maintain records, reports, and program-related documentation.
🏆 Ideal Candidate:
* Proficiency in English (C1+), other languages are a plus.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in higher education.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, managing multiple tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.
* Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for computer science education.
