Strategic Account Manager
As a key contributor to our Customer Success team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless client onboarding, expansion, and renewal processes. Leveraging technical expertise combined with a strategic business mindset, you will build lasting relationships with customers and identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute customized strategies to drive client satisfaction and retention
* Facilitate discovery meetings with key stakeholders from clients and partners
* Establish strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and long-term success
* Identify and align product capabilities with customer needs to maximize upsell and expansion opportunities
