IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team.
* This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all computer systems, networks, and software applications across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support
The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to solve complex technical problems independently and communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various SaaS platforms.
Cloud Infrastructure Management
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
* Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
* Conduct regular software updates, security patching, and vulnerability assessments.
Cybersecurity Initiatives
We are looking for an individual who can support cybersecurity initiatives, including employee security awareness training and incident response.
* Document processes, create user guides, and train staff on new technologies and best practices.
* Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and implement new tools that enhance productivity and security.
