Job Description
Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, provide training and support to users.
Liaise with network administrators, system analysts, and software engineers to resolve problems with software products or company software systems.
Actively escalates issues to Service Manager and Software Developer Lead.
Gather and translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Participate actively in ATLAS Deployment / Rollout activities as per project requirements.
Handle system configuration, user training and hyper‑care support activities for Deployment / Rollout projects.
Analyze, clean‑up and migrate master data and transactional data from legacy to target systems.
Serve as part of the global Support team, providing expertise on complex functional topics.
Act as the escalation contact to regional Support teams within the same time‑zone and liaise with them to resolve user‑reported functional issues.
Coordinate development: categorize issues based on impact/urgency, re‑assign to respective development teams, and identify suitable workarounds to unblock users.
Manage requirements: gather, understand, and document business requirements.
Review and finalize functional specifications; refine with the development team.
Provide guidance and support during regional and global test campaigns.
Identify process gaps and propose improvement plans for Build and Run processes.
Experience & Qualifications
5‑7+ years of strong technical or operational experience in financial or trading systems with a successful history of project plan completion.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or computer science.
Experience analyzing, implementing, and supporting enterprise business systems.
Experience in cross‑functional project teams; ability to perform roles from individual contributor to leadership; ability to plan, organize, and manage project teams using a structured delivery methodology.
Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other business organizations; success in working with diverse groups in a problem‑solving environment.
Experience in an international multicultural environment; experience working in a global team spread across the world.
Business analysis, story writing, backlog management.
Incident analysis and incident management.
Advanced SQL querying.
Understanding of API data integration and database concepts.
Excellent written and oral communication skills (in English).
Strong Knowledge of the Agribusiness Industry
Experience with functional and technical aspects of major enterprise business systems and related technologies.
Quick learner, ability to ramp up on new domains, work independently with little prompting.
