Job Opportunity:
The Workday Certified Project Manager plays a vital role in supporting production support and enhancement initiatives, leading and coordinating release activities, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning. They prepare project presentations, resource plans, and schedules, gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements and functional designs.
This position requires expertise in Workday configuration and business process setup, with proven experience in production support, enhancement management, and Agile delivery. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Skills Include:
* Workday Certified (HCM, Compensation, or related module)
* 5+ years' experience in Workday functional, BA, or PM roles
* Strong Workday configuration and business process setup knowledge
* Proven experience with production support, enhancement management, and Agile delivery
* Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Additional Requirements:
* Exposure to CCB, Studio integrations, and payroll support
