Product Strategy Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner to spearhead anti-fraud product initiatives, focusing on risk mitigation and user protection.
The ideal candidate will develop and evolve the vision for transactional anti-fraud products, balancing security and user experience. They will propose, run, and monitor A/B tests to validate hypotheses aimed at reducing fraud and/or friction in transactions.
* Prioritize initiatives based on impact, risk, data, and stakeholder feedback;
* Partner closely with engineering, data science, risk monitoring, and information security teams;
* Monitor KPIs related to fraud prevention and adjust the roadmap as needed;
* Research market trends, emerging technologies, and industry benchmarks;
Key qualifications include 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Manager, preferably in fraud prevention, security, risk, or fintech products. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with metrics such as chargeback rates, fraud attempts, and predictive model performance are essential.
* Knowledge of anti-fraud tools (e.g., Sift, Kount, ClearSale, Feedzai) and concepts such as AML, KYC, device fingerprinting, etc.
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
* Clear communication, results-driven mindset, and data-oriented thinking.
* Proficiency in SQL for critical analyses and data extraction.
Nice to Have: Experience with machine learning applied to fraud detection, knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., KYC, LGPD, PCI DSS), and background in fintechs or high-growth companies.
