Descrição da vaga: Brunel is seeking a Recruiter to work in our internal team, managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple clients and positions. The role requires a consultative mindset, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates within agreed timelines.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes (job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, shortlisting, and offer support).
Conduct active sourcing and market mapping using LinkedIn, databases, and professional networks.
Perform competency-based interviews and behavioral assessments.
Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding business needs, culture, and role requirements.
Prepare candidate assessment reports and present shortlists to clients.
Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, ensuring quality and delivery within SLAs.
Support offer negotiation and follow-up through hiring completion.
Maintain recruitment systems / ATS and track recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, pipeline, SLA).
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience recruiting for different seniority levels (operational, technical, professional, and / or leadership roles).
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
English Advanced
