Scrum Master Role Summary
Are you a seasoned Scrum Master with experience in Agile delivery? Do you have a passion for facilitating team collaboration and driving project success? We're looking for someone to lead our Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) teams as a Scrum Master.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Scrum Master. You will be responsible for leading Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and promoting flow efficiency across SFCC implementation and ongoing support initiatives. Your expertise in facilitation, coaching, and continuous improvement will help us deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
* Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, and retrospectives
* Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and define sprint goals
* Track sprint health and manage scope
* Identify and remove impediments and promote flow efficiency
* Coordinate cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment with governance, security, compliance, PCI, accessibility, and change management
Requirements
* 8+ years in Agile delivery
* 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) or comparable enterprise eCommerce platforms
* Proven ability to improve velocity predictability, reduce defect leakage, and manage dependencies
* Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics, and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or pragmatic multi-team coordination)
* Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, CI/CD awareness, and Scrum certifications: CSM or PSM I / PSM II
* Solid eCommerce domain knowledge including catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, payments, tax, shipping, returns, and Order Management Systems (OMS)
