Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and construction support to our team during the development or construction stage of wind farms or solar plants.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Support technical and construction matters related to wind farms or solar plants.
* Ensure site performances are delivered to specification, programme, and within contractual requirements.
* Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, Social & Environmental Standards and Regulations.
* Manage contractors involved in projects and coordinate with the project team and owner's engineer.
* Monitor and report on progress.
* Support Project and Construction Managers.
* Conduct meetings with contractors to discuss progress, coordination, and interface issues.
* Prepare summary progress reports on contractor construction performance.
* Qualifications:
* Degree in Civil or Electrical engineering discipline.
* Experience:
* 5 years of experience in managing technical matters and/or site works for renewables or construction projects.
* Job Specific Skills:
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
* Effective communication skills.
* Fluency in English language.
* Understanding of quality assurance processes.
* Awareness of health, safety, and environmental legislation applicable to construction projects.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications and engineering software such as Autocad.
