Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
* Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
* Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience in consulting and working with behavioural marketing data.
* Experience with marketing and sales operations, financial analytics, or other related analytical roles.
* Experience working in growth, product, brand, social, partner marketing or research.
* Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish to interact with Latam stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the LATAM strategy for customer references and social media to drive engagement and investment in advocacy programs.
* Manage the regional editorial calendar and produce B2B content tailored to every stage of the customer buying cycle.
* Identify and manage reference customers, acting as their primary contact to ensure a positive experience.
* Build engagement plans to turn prospects into advocates and collaborate with influencers to boost brand awareness.
