Job Description
As a leader in product design, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience of our marketplace and supplier tools. You will work closely with our CEO, CTO, and Product team to define and own the design vision.
* Define and own the design vision for our marketplace and supplier tools
* Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile, including UX flows, UI systems, and visual identity
* Architect AI-native product experiences that feel intuitive and natural
* Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ship fast and refine designs
* Build and scale our design system to move quickly without sacrificing quality
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Battle-tested designer with real products shipped
* AI-forward mindset with the ability to design around it
* Builder's DNA with comfort in ambiguity, speed, and iteration
* Strong technical and design skills, including UI/UX design, UX research and prototyping, design systems, and modern frontend frameworks
* Experience designing for AI interactions and industry knowledge in construction tech or marketplaces
* Startup mentality with hands-on, resourceful approach
