Web Developer
We are seeking a skilled web developer to join our team. As a Ruby on Rails engineer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and robust solutions that effectively solve business problems.
You will leverage your deep experience in Ruby on Rails to ensure scalable architecture and web application development that supports continued growth. You will collaborate with the team in coding, brainstorming, and scoping sessions.

We are looking for an individual with 5+ years of experience in software development, 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby and Rails (full stack), strong expertise with Postgres and Redis, and deep experience in web application development.
Excellent communication skills and experience with Agile development practices are also required.
Bonus points for experience building applications with StimulusReflex and Hotwire, comfort with front-end development using JavaScript, Stimulus, View Components, and SCSS, and prior experience working on internationally distributed teams.
