Full-Stack Development Lead
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling web applications using advanced technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of software engineering principles and experience with high-level programming languages.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop scalable web applications using TypeScript, Next.js, and React.
* Drive architectural decisions and shape the technical direction of the team.
* Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver meaningful features on time.
* Mentor junior engineers and promote code quality standards within the team.
* Design and implement integrations with cloud infrastructure providers, credit, income, and valuation vendors.
* Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security across the entire tech stack.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in building and scaling complex web applications.
* Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, and React.
* Strong background in MongoDB, Redis, Docker, and AWS/GCP.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
