**Job Overview**

At Palo Alto Networks, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and support. We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and manage the resolution of complex customer issues in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the resolution of customer issues that require escalation and closure.
2. Form and lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
3. Collaborate closely with various departments, including Support, Sales, Product Management, and Development Engineering.

**Requirements**
* Fully fluent in English (written and verbal).
* 10+ years of customer-facing sales and/or service delivery experience.
* Past experience as Escalations Engineer/Manager or similar roles.
