3. Collaborate closely with various departments, including Support, Sales, Product Management, and Development Engineering.
**Requirements**
* Fully fluent in English (written and verbal).
* 10+ years of customer-facing sales and/or service delivery experience.
* Past experience as Escalations Engineer/Manager or similar roles.
