About this opportunity
We're seeking a skilled Product Lead to spearhead the implementation of loyalty and marketing automation platforms for LATAM markets.
Key responsibilities
* Prioritize and drive product backlog for loyalty and marketing automation initiatives.
* Create clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintain documentation in Confluence.
* Collaborate with global and local teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Ensure seamless integration with Single Customer View (SCV) and uphold data governance best practices.
* Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
* 5–8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in marketing tech or CRM.
* Strong grasp of Agile methodology and sprint management.
* Familiarity with MarTech tools – CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
* Agile certification is a plus.
This role demands strong collaboration and communication skills to bridge marketing teams and technical delivery groups. The ideal candidate will have experience working with MarTech tools and a solid understanding of Agile methodology.
