About the Role
* Evaluate business processes and system landscapes to identify opportunities for technical solutions and workarounds.
* Facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions with stakeholders to ensure effective feature delivery.
* Develop detailed functional design specifications to guide implementation.
* Lead refinement sessions with agile teams to review feature designs, estimate effort, and prepare for development cycles.
* Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing planning, execution, and defect identification.
* Present live product demonstrations and create release notes for end users.
