You will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, guiding mid-level and junior developers through mentorship and code reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement migration strategies, translating and optimizing code from .NET to MERN.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.Oversee migration plan implementation, maintaining high performance and security standards.Mentor mid-level and junior developers, providing guidance on best practices.Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.Stay informed with industry trends and best practices in application migration.Leverage Gen AI for efficient code translation between platforms.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
