Key Responsibilities
* Consolidate, analyze, and report monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, comparing actual performance to budget and forecasts.
* Prepare and update the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and long-term plans, ensuring alignment with corporate headquarters and business units.
* Analyze variances between actual and planned results, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions.
* Prepare management reports and presentations for local and global leadership, including key financial performance indicators (KPIs).
* Support the definition of financial targets and performance metrics, contributing to strategic cost and revenue management.
* Develop financial models for scenario simulations, profitability analysis, and evaluation of investments (CAPEX) and new projects.
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, reconciling information between ERP systems, corporate reports, and local databases.
* Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to understand business drivers and identify risks and opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance is a plus.
* Solid knowledge in FP&A, Controlling, or Financial Planning in manufacturing industries, preferably in the automotive or auto parts sector within a multinational environment, knowledge of IFRS, Income Statement (P&L), Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and financial performance metrics (EBITDA, margin, ROI, etc.). Familiarity with cost structures, pricing, and margin dynamics in the automotive sector.
* Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in ERP systems and financial modeling.
* Advanced or Intermediate English for communication with headquarters (weekly meetings).
