Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an AI Fullstack/Data Engineer. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions across both front-end and back-end systems and ability build data pipelines and operate them efficiently. Key responsibilities include implementing scalable and efficient infrastructure, contributing to the full-stack development lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that enhance Lasso's service offerings. The candidate will also ensure high-performance and security standards while working on web development projects.
Qualifications
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, remote environment
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
* Proficient in Back-End Web Development and Front-End Development
* Experience in Full-Stack Development and Software Development methodologies
* Experience launching real products to end users and growing the usage and user base
* Experience in breaking down stories to smaller deliverables, making technical and product trade offs
* Strong experience in Nextjs/React/Tanstack Query/Nextjs SSR/Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for front-end design
* Strong experience in Python/SQLAlchemy and optimizing python services
* Experience in using feature flags through Posthog, Unleash, GrowthBook like tools and integrations
* Strong experience in optimizing queries, troubleshooting database performance issues and transforming, migrating, syncing data across various storage levels and database platforms
* Understanding of good and bad use of AI for software development and how to specify, breakdown, manage context, agentic flows, and memory for AI based software products
* Experience designing and architecting data schema for different types of data storage and transmissions
* Experience managing DAD stack for data engineering and analytics solutions
* Familiarity with scalable infrastructure and cloud-based technologies
* Experience with setting up monitoring, alerting and observability with data pipeline
* Experience with healthcare technology or lead management platforms is a plus
* Experience supporting end users on a paid product or service
